March 5, 2012 – Washington Square Films has signed director Michael McCourt for exclusive representation in commercials and content. McCourt has already completed four campaigns for WSF.
“We have been tracking Michael for the last couple of years,” says WSF Head-of-Sales Jonathan Schwartz. “He has managed to develop a great reel and a loyal following. The reaction to his work has been outstanding. He is working all the time.”
McCourt comes from an art and photography background, and his reel consists of strong visual storytelling. “I’m really happy to be at Washington Square,” says Michael. “They have so much going on, it’s an exciting place, I couldn’t be happier with the start we have already had.”
Washington Square Arts & Films is a production and management company with offices in New York and Los Angeles. The Film group produces television commercials, feature films, documentaries and digital/new media content. The Arts group manages the careers of actors, writers, directors and composers for the stage and screen, as well as the booking of live performances, public readings and lectures.
